How to play Sudoku

How does Sudoku actually work? The rules of Sudoku are easily explained:

In Sudoku is a puzzle, more precisely a number puzzle that consists of a grid of 9x9 cells. Each of these fields must be filled filled in digits from 1 to 9. Each digit must occour only once in each of the nine columns, nine rows and each of the nine 3x3 blocks. A Sudoku has numbers preset in some fields depending on the level of difficulty of the Sudoku.

To complete a Sudoku you don't have to calculate anything, instead of numbers, symbols or letters could be used as well. The only objective is therefore simply to add more and more numbers only by eliminating and combining possibilities until the whole Sudoku grid is completly filled.

Generally, Sudoku is a logic-based memory game and training, perfect for the daily training of your gray matters.
